Practice 01: Mediation

A calm, impartial path to resolution.

Our mediators help parties in dispute talk constructively, understand one another’s positions, and work towards an agreement they can both accept, privately and without the cost and uncertainty of litigation.

About the process

What mediation offers

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process in which an independent third party helps those in dispute find their own resolution. The mediator does not judge or impose a decision. Instead, they facilitate a conversation that the parties control.

  • Confidential and without prejudice throughout.
  • Voluntary, with parties remaining in control of any outcome.
  • Often faster and less costly than going to court.
  • Can preserve working and personal relationships.
